This Privacy Policy describes how LeoSoft, LLC ("LeoSoft", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit leosoft.io (the "Site"). Our consumer products, VolleyLens and BoysVolleyballUS, are governed by the privacy policies published on their own websites.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional company name, the topic you select, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the contact form we record your browser's user agent, the referring page, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address used solely to prevent abuse and spam. We do not store raw IP addresses with your submission. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the Site.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and processes IP addresses on Google's servers; we have not enabled advertising features or Google Signals. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google's handling of this data is described in its privacy policy. The Site does not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• To evaluate partnership, media, or business verification requests.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate spam, abuse, and security incidents.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, typically no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

Children

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site.
