LeoSoft exists to make complex data legible. We started with club volleyball, a sport with enormous participation and almost no reliable data, and built the platform we wished existed.
Our story
From a weekend project to a company.
VolleyLens began in 2025 as an answer to a simple question: why is it so hard to know how good a club volleyball team actually is? Results were scattered across tournament sites, rankings were opinion-based, and players had no home for their own records.
We built an ingestion pipeline, an Elo-based rating engine, and a page for every team and every rostered player in the country. Then we added match predictions, tracked their accuracy in public, and launched BoysVolleyballUS to cover the fastest-growing side of the sport.
In June 2026 we formed LeoSoft, LLC in North Carolina to own these platforms and to build the next ones. The company is AI-first by design: models are part of how we build software and part of the software we build.
